Return & Refund Policy

At VibeNest Collective, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues promptly.
